I work as an MD, PhD, in the Alrijne Hospital in the Netherlands. I am head of teaching there, and very committed to advancing medical knowledge, especially in the field of CRSwNP. I have participated in several international RCT's (AROMA, ANCHOR, SINUS, Realiti-N) and co-authored many works on diagnostics and treatment processes, including EUFOREA and EPOS guidelines. Furthermore I play a role in several national committees, such as the steering group of the PolyREG. I daily practise I work closely with pulmonologist applying the united airway principle
